Title: Roast Turkey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Take apart the turkey as desired, including spatchcocked or individual pieces, bone-in or bone-out, depending on the circumstances. Ready an appropriate number of glass baking dishes for the number of pieces you have. Rub each piece with some oil and add salt if the turkey is somehow not pre-brined-- but don't you dare add any more salt if it's a brined turkey! Consider sneaking some sage leaves or garlic lumps under any breast skin or other parts for extra flavor.
Roast uncovered for 1 hour and then check. You're looking for the pieces to reach 165 degrees F in the white meat and 175 degrees F in the dark meat, which when we've been cooking half a whole turkey at a time broken down into wing, thigh, drum, and boneless breast has been taking about 1h25m.
